Role Summary:

You will have the opportunity to lead multiple medium to large-scale transformation projects across the entire Life Operations. This role allows you to collaborate closely with senior management, giving you the chance to influence the strategic direction of the life insurance business and drive meaningful change.



Your Roles:

* Drive operation efficiency for strategic initiatives
* Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor project progress, identify, and address any obstacles and ensure project executions are on time, within budget and in good quality
* Collaborate with other, vendor, and IT to ensure alignment in user expectations and a smooth communication throughout the project life cycle
* Support and provide recommendations to senior management in project governance and evaluation of project outcomes for potential initiatives

Your requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in IT or related business disciplines
* Minimum 5 years' experience of business analyst and project management preferable in insurance or financial industry
* Knowledge in Life Insurance Operation and experience in process re-engineering project will be a plus
* Good team player, self-motivated and independent
* Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
* Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
* Ccandidates with consulting background and insurance project experience will also be considered
