Our client is a well-reputed global retail company with strong presence across APAC region. In order to cope with their business expansion and transformation, they are currently looking for a Senior Rewards Specialist to act as the brand's strategic C&B partner to provide constructive and timely feedback and advice on relevant C&B analysis and market trends to cope with business needs.



Job duties:

* Act as the brand's C&B partner and manage various employees benefits and insurance programs including employees' compensation, medical plan and business travel insurance etc.
* Manage the payroll process from instructions collection, vendor liaison, intial checks and validation with HRD and CFO in due time
* Assist the HR Director to develop and implement various C&B projects including incentive schemes and other reward initiatives
* Provide C&B related analysis and prepare regular reports to support business operations, such as HR analytics study, workforce planning, benefits survey, and HR costing etc.
* Participate in ad-hoc projects as required



Job requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree holder in HR
* At least 5 years of C&B operations/ Rewards experience, ideally from retail/ FMCG industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with flexible and adaptive mindset
* Good team player, ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with different parties
* Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and employment practices in Hong Kong
* HR technology savvy and proficient in MS suite
* Excellent command of English and Chinese
