Responsibilities:

To provide leadership and oversight of our Clinical Psychological Services, Training and Development Department, newlife.330 and dayday330 to promote the mission, vision and values of the Association and to efficiently provide the highest quality and effective services;
To develop the strategic and tactical plans and partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities for new or expanding programmes and services to meet the changing priorities of service users and initiatives of the Association; and
To make effective use of existing strengths throughout the Association to establish partnerships and collaborative relationships within to maximize the synergies amongst service units.

Requirements:

Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field;
At least 10 years of social service experience with no less than 5 years of leadership experience;
Experience in developing and implementing programmes regarding to holistic mental well-being is highly preferred;
Possess a thorough understanding of clinical psychological services and training, research and development;
Excellent report writing and presentation skills (Chinese and English);
Ability to effectively cultivate working relationships and promote close cooperation and regular dialogue between/ amongst stakeholders at all levels;
Ability to demonostrate vision, strategic thinking, initiative, collaboration, flexibility and adaptability;
Excellent leadership skills, enthusiasm and a “Can-do" attitude;
Strong organizational, problem solving and crsis management skills; and
A strong team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills.
