Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on the leasing segment to meet sales targets.
Manage all aspects of leasing operations, including negotiating contracts, conducting market analyses, and overseeing contract renewals.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with leasing guests to enhance customer satisfaction.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support the team and business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the hotel or property market, preferably in leasing or corporate segment.
Strong understanding of market trends and intelligence.
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, both internally and with clients.
Results-driven with a strong ambition to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
