Our client is now looking a Senior Manager, Customer Experience Assurance to join their team.

Responsibilities:  

• Supervise customer complaints across various platforms concerning mobile network services
• Perform a comprehensive evaluation of customer network interactions and execute efficient management tactics
• Work closely with other Business Units to develop sales strategies
• Engage in Radio Access Network (RAN) / Core performance management, encompassing KPI / KQI analysis and Trouble Ticket management
• Engage in in-depth analysis of complaints and offer management assistance for VIP complaints

Requirements: 

• Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / IT / Communication / Customer Relationship Management or related fields
• A minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience.
• Previous experience in RAN / Core performance management is beneficial
• Self-driven individual capable of functioning as a team member
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin languages
