Responsibilities

• The Product Developer will coordinate all the trim developments and sampling process with Sales team, tech team, QA team and Production

• Communicating with US and Asia Sales team for daily sample arrangement and developments

• Responsible for managing the product developments for almost all kinds of garment accessories of international brands

• Working together with production to manage product design, construction, costing, MOQ, sample/bulk production lead-times

• Proactively provide development suggestions / options to minimize the costing and improve the product quality

• Maintaining and updating development details, development status and progress on computer records/data base

• Organizing files of physical samples/ approvals and related information associated with the specific trim item development

• Ensuring the quality of newly developed products can meet customer requirements (both performance and chemicals)

• Monitoring all processes are on schedule

• Preparing new items for company seasonal product collections

Requirement 

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 2-4 years job experience in garment or trim field

• 3D artwork knowledge is preferable

• Good negotiation and communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Responsible, Pro-active and able to work independently and in a team environment

• Immediate available is highly preferred
