Responsibilities
Handle the Boss on personal or company related matters
Handle travel arrangement, manage appointments or calendars, make reservation and place orders
Organize company events/activities
Perform a wide range of receptionist, general administrative, HR and clerical support in the office
Maintain an efficient office environment
Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face
Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above with HR and Administrative/Secretary experience is preferred
Familiar with PC software e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT
Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
Hardworking with good working attitude and communication skills
knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
