Job Description:
- Preparing dishes
- Preparing ingredients
- Purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory
- Planning menus and designing dishes/recipes
- Monitoring food quality and hygiene
- Allocating manpower and training staff
- Managing the operation of kitchen
- Assisting in other kitchen duties.
Requirements:
- At least primary 6 graduate
- 1 year of relevant work experience
Shift work required:
07:00-18:00 (2-hour meal break)
14:00-00:00 (1-hour meal break
Salary:
HK$18,660 per month
