Responsibilities

• Lodge Export / Import Declarations

• Oversee the air export documentation, cargo planning and other operational related tasks

• Routine Report handling

• Handle damaged cargo case

• Communicate with CS team and sales team to achieve a smooth operation process

• Comply with the standard operating procedures

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience

• Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Cantonese and English

• Familiarity with customs procedures and compliance standards in HK

• Work independently
