Their IT department is on the lookout for a dynamic System Development Lead to join their application team and drive their high-performing team to new heights.



Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of system developers, fostering effective collaboration and coordination.
* Oversee system development and implementation projects in key areas within the bank.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
* Prioritize projects and allocate resources based on business needs and strategic goals.
* Identify and mitigate risks in system development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
* Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and support staff development through training.
* Manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.



Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Over 10 years of hands-on experience in application and software development, with at least 6 years in solution design and project management.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in the banking industry.
* At least 8 years of experience with ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server.
* Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organized, independent, and detail-oriented.
