Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the IT infrastructure sector.
• Understand client requirements and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the client base.
• Collaborate with the sales team to secure renewals and expand accounts.
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and client feedback.
• Provide product demonstrations and training to clients as needed.
• Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote company solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT infrastructure industry.
• Mandarin is Must 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure solutions and technologies.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role with a successful track record of managing client accounts
