The appointee will be responsible for
(a) providing assistance with technical and clerical tasks;
(b) supporting the organisation and execution of training programs, including to assist the development of training materials;
(c) managing purchasing and accounting procedures; and
(d) performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Applicants should have
(i) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects;
(ii) proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
(iii) demonstrated experience in producing engaging training materials using AI-powered video creation tools, such as Vyond, HeyGen, or similar software is a significant advantage; and
(iv) strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in creating training materials using PowerPoint will be an advantage.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
