Our client is a leading international bank based in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Anticipate the complex financial needs of the client and offer solutions through a wide range of products, services and tools based on client profiling and suitability assessments
• Proactively source, acquire and expand high value client relationships by maximizing sales and service opportunities
• Help clients to articulate their needs, and deliver to exceed client expectations 
• Know clients on a personal and professional level to understand their short and long term financial goals
• Meet individual and branch sales and revenue targets by maximizing each client interaction through proactive prospective activities such as lobby leadership, outbound calling, marketing events, etc.
• Provide support related to branch operational activities including account opening services, conducting CDD and KYC checks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Passed IIQE and HKSI is a must
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and client services experience
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Highly driven, dedicated, pragmatic, result-oriented with a can-do attitude
• Superb verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
