Our client is a leading IT Solutions Provider and they are looking for a talented IT Operation Analyst to join their winning team.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage, maintain and ensuring the healthiness of various digital applications and experiences in production
• Troubleshoot and maintain configurations and/or scripts for deployment and starting executables
• Conduct data analysis and identify pain points and duplication within current processes and propose potential changes and improvements and their impacts to support effective decision-making and implementation plans. 
• Engage with colleagues to provide relevant business knowledge, context and understanding to help provide and optimise commercial solutions.
• Work closely with end-users issue identification, mitigation and workarounds

Requirement:

• Diploma or Higher Diploma graduate, preferably in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Has 2 years of experience in the configurations, scripts for deployment, and monitoring the system/application performance
• Familiar with digital kiosk IT solutions would be a plus
• Knowledge of SQL for database querying
• Good technical skills on Windows and mobile applications
