As the problem solver, be accountable to provide the innovative automated solutions for all engineering / technical issues from both external customers and internal stakeholders
Drive culture development & shift to establish a Proactive, Preventive, Professional and Innovative organization
Responsible for the end-to-end mapping of the overall operations process flow of the venue using a range of operational excellence methodologies
Ensure all processes are identified and documented to drive modeling and simulations for respective team to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Train, coach and mentor new Yellow, Green and Black Belts
The workplace is located in Penang, Malaysia.
Requirement:
Degree or above in industrial Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering / related disciplines
Lean manufacturing experience involving up to 1,000 workforce to continuously improve the manufacturing processes and significantly reduce costs as a key objective
With growth mindset to challenge status quo for continuous improvement
Possess master black belt certification to coach yellow, green and black belt
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, data driven with pragmatic based judgement
Strong leadership ability and able to work independently
