Responsibilities

• Lead a team of program managers

• Responsible for major program deliverables – quality, cost, delivery plus managing the product from New Product Introduction (NPI) stage to mass production by leading a team of dedicated staff from various functional departments (e.g. engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing engineering etc.)

• Manage customer relationships to ensure that their needs and requirements are met

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• 10 years+ managerial and solid experience in sizeable EMS company

• Rich experience in customer negotiation & interface, RFQ & quotation, contract & agreement reviews, risk management & cost recovery, new product introduction management

• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
