Responsibilities

• Responsible for Master Schedule and Resource Planning (Manpower)

• Pro-actively fine tune Production Plans and maximize Production Capacity Utilization and Output (Molding, Bonding, SMT, AISS, Automation Line and Casing Line)

• Coordinate with internal departments on Master Schedule, Finished Goods on time delivery to Customer and Material Management

• To achieve of company KPI (e.g. Stock turns, Revenue achievement, Excess……)

• Independent, Analytical dynamic, Self-motivated and good interpersonal skill

• Closely work with PRC PC Team for Planning and control job

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder

• 10 years + solid experiences of which not less than 5 years at managerial level in electronic manufacturing service

• Fluent in English and Chinese (including Mandarin) (Vietnamese preferable)

• Knowledge of ERP/MRPII/MES application, preferably familiarize with SAP system
