Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance relationships with the company's existing Prestige clients
Communicate with clients daily through various channels such as phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, Email, etc
Provide personalized services and solutions based on client needs and feedback
Manage and update a fixed client database, with each manager handling approximately 1,500 to 2,000 clients
Assist in developing and executing client care plans to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 3 years of experience in customer service or client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
Proficient in using communication tools such as phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, and Email
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
An interest in Japanese skincare products and functional foods is preferred
Experience in providing premium customer service is a plus
