Responsibilities
  • Act as banking service representative handling customer inquiries via calls (both inbound and outbound).
  • Establish and maintain service standards.
  • Address and resolve escalated issues effectively.
  • Perform any additional job duties assigned by senior management.
Requirements
  • Typing Speed: Proficient in Chinese typing with a speed of 40-50 words per minute or higher.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent language organization and expression skills, capable of clear and accurate communication with subordinates and customers. Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze, solve problems, and offer quick solutions.
  • Stress Resistance: Ability to handle work pressure effectively.
  • Service Orientation: Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with basic computer operations and proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Education: Associate degree or higher.
  • Work Experience: Prior experience in customer service or teleservices within the banking industry; a background in corporate banking is highly preferred.

Working Hours:

5-day work per week (Monday to Sunday), required work on shift
