Responsibilities:

Deliver data analysis reports and spreadsheets to meet business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze data and big data for enhanced utilization.
Conduct data mining and analysis: Utilize big data technologies and analytical tools to extract valuable insights, providing accurate analysis and predictions to support product and operational decision-making.
Develop data product strategy and manage projects: Based on the data strategy, create and implement plans for data products and tools, optimize existing product features and user experiences, and increase the utilization of data products by business teams.
Collaborate with engineers to build high-quality foundational data, ensuring comprehensive and accurate datasets while enhancing the value of data assets.

Requirements:

Degree in IT, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Over 5 years of solid experience in data and business analysis, preferably within the banking or finance sector.
Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and data modeling, with experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with cloud data services, data architecture concepts, and code optimization.
Strong understanding of data and analytics in complex business environments; experience in financial services is preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese).
