Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Business Analyst in one of the following areas to support business lines with their requirements:
  • AML
  • Investment (Stock/Fund/Bond)
• Analyze and understand business requirements.
• Facilitate the development of IT solutions and prepare related documentation.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Provide support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and problem resolution.
• Potentially act as IT Project Manager, overseeing projects from initiation to rollout.
• Work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including business users, internal and external technical teams, regulatory bodies, and senior management to ensure successful project implementation.
• Share domain knowledge to contribute to the broader project group.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 3-10 years of solid experience in project management and business analysis, preferably within the banking or finance sector.
• Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives with a distributed team of internal and external resources across various locations.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
• Proficient in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua and Cantonese).
