Key Responsibilities

Provide top-tier customer service, assisting clients with both pre- and post-sales inquiries.

Support daily boutique operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.

Ideal Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in Luxury hospitality (Hotel & Aiviation) or luxury retail.
Proven track record in customer service and sales.
Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
