Our client, is a leading Chinese bank in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for Temporary Operations Office to join their team. 

Responsible

• Perform Investment products (i.e. Securities / Mutual Funds) settlement functions & support daily / monthly operations activities
• Perform operation duties to ensure the clearing and settlements activities are
• Processed accurately for US equities and HK / Shanghai / Shenzhen markets
• Manage operations or business projects such as assist drafting requirements, perform user’s acceptance testing including test planning, execution and defect management.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Experience Requirements:

• High Diploma above
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Wealth Management back office operations and hand on experience in user’s acceptance testing are preferred
• Knowledge of Securities (mainly HK) or Mutual Funds settlement as well as hands on CCASS operations
• Ability to handle multi-tasks in a tight schedule and willing to work overtime
• Independent, responsible and self-motivated
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Strong PC skill and proficient in MS Application and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
