Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions on public cloud platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, design, and integration strategies.

• Assess client requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in the Gov/Web3 sectors.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance during the development and deployment phases.

• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with government regulations and best practices.

• Engage with stakeholders to deliver presentations and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a must.

• At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture, with a focus on Public Cloud solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud, Alibaba Cloud)

• Strong knowledge of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud security protocols.

• Experience working with government clients and understanding of relevant compliance requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST) OR Familiarity with Web3 technologies, including blockchain, decentralized applications, and smart contracts

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Native Cantonese speaker with good English (HK based) OR Native Mandarin Speaker (China Based)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and cloud automation tools.
