Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts. Utilise various channels, including social media, emails and cold calls, to connect with prospects
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads for the sales team
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Provide detailed information about leads to facilitate effective follow-up
Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in our CRM system
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify new opportunities for lead generation
Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture leads and encourage ongoing engagement with the brand
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of inside sales/ lead generation/ business development experience, preferably in IT/ Customer Data/ Marketing sectors
Native in Cantonese, fluent in English and Mandarin speaking and written
Outgoing personality, highly motivated, and achievement oriented
Proactive, independent, a good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
