Responsibilities:
Advise customers throughout their buying journey.
Present the collection in line with brand standards.
Embody the company's values as the public face of the brand.
Contribute to achieving set sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Meet personal monthly sales goals by providing high-quality service.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to deliver excellent customer service.
Build a loyal customer base and maintain strong relationships.
Provide effective first-level after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Undertake other related ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum Form 5 education or above.
At least 2 years of solid fashion retail sales experience.
Prior exposure to luxury goods or premium fashion brands is preferred.
Demonstrate a strong sense of high-end fashion.
Possess excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of Mandarin.
