Job description

Our clients, the leading Information Technology companies, are looking for high calibres to join their winning teams:

Responsibilities:

Provide IT technical advises and helpdesk support services (L1, L2 or L3) to users on hardware, software and networking related issues.
Handle user inquiries, technical troubleshooting and support.
Provide support to Windonws/Linux servers and VMware infrastructure
Assist in managing hardware and software inventories.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

High Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
At least 2 year of experience in IT Helpdesk Support
Knowledge in Operating System (such as Linux/Windows Server/Unix), Database and network
Good knowledge of TCP/IP, NEtwork Infrastructure and Internet.
Professional certificate of MCTS/MCITP/MCSE is an advantage
Expereicned in helpdesk call/call centre is an advantage
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
