Our client is one of the most established and renowned property developers in Hong Kong. Due to continuous developments, they are hiring a Project Manager to handle its commercial and residential development projects in Hong Kong.
 

Responsibilities:

We are recruiting a Project Manager (E&M), who is responsible for Building Services Project Management, Contract documentation, Site Management & Execution for the residential and office portfolio in Hong Kong.  This manager needs to ensure that all phases of work are planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified quality. 
 

Requirements:

• A recognized professional degree in mechanical/electrical or building services engineering
• Minimum 10  years’ experience in a related field with a proven track record in managing the new build projects in HK
• Qualification of MHKIE, MIMechE, MCIBSE or equivalent is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Motivated, confident and a team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
