Summary:
IT Project Manager role with a semi-governmental organization. Reports into the Senior Application Manager, you will be responsible for leading the project delivery of Microsoft Dynamic 365 CRM modules (Specifically Sales and Marketing modules). The ideal candidate should have good knowhow on D365 CRM (With at least 1 full-cycle D365 CRM module's rollout) and strong project and business stakeholder management skills. Experience in A.I. adoption would be a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Reports into the Senior Application Manager and drive the rollout & implementation of D365 CRM's Sales and Marketing modules
• Serve as an internal consultant and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and provide expertise advices on the design, development and functionality of such CRM modules
• Define project plans, roadmaps and system designs of D365 CRM modules, as well as the integration procedures of associate applications/ e-Channels (e.g. mobile/ web applications)
• Liaise with external vendors throughout SDLC and project implementation phases
• Establish system documentation and user guides

Requirement

• Holder of Bachelor degree or above in IT/ related disciplines
• With 8+ years' relevant experience in IT project management on applications 
• With strong knowledge of D365 CRM modules (Specifically Sales and Marketing modules)
• Good understanding of application architecture, SDLC, programming languages and SQL databases
• Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Good stakeholder and project management skills
