We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee and manage approximately 10 retail shops across Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a strong retail background, with a preference for experience in the apparel or fashion industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of retail shops, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop store managers and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by analyzing performance metrics, identifying opportunities, and implementing effective strategies.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, ensure stock availability, and manage stock replenishment processes.
• Customer Experience: Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring high standards of service and addressing any issues that arise.
• Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective visual merchandising that aligns with brand standards.
• Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and manage operational expenses to achieve financial targets.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on store performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail operations, with a strong focus on apparel or fashion.
• Proven track record of managing multiple locations and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
