Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive and quality secretarial support for senior executives; 
• Manage and follow-up closely on the daily schedule of your senior executives;
• Handle extensive travel logistics arrangement, including flight booking, hotel reservation,  expense and other claims, etc.;
• Deal with external and internal clients in a pro-active and professional manner;
• Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, interviews, etc;
• Sit in business meetings and take minutes, whenever necessary;
• Prepare presentations, proposals, correspondence, reports, etc.in a timely manner;
• Translate business, administrative and other ad hoc reports, whenever necessary;
• Ensure to keep all clients lists and internal records up-to-date;
• Maintain a proper and systematic filing system;
• Handle any ad-hoc projects assigned;
• Cover other secretaries, whenever necessary (especially during leave).

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any  discipline;
• Formal secretarial training;
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant secretarial experience, preferably with investment banks exposure and serving Sales & Trading department/Senior Management;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Excellent communication skills, articulate and professional; 
• Strong planning, organisation and administration skills; 
• Proficient in computer – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and excellent in Chinese word processing.
