Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing collections for our Design and PD team, OEM and ODM, OBM products ranging from trend analysis, collection designs and Customer Shipment samples for review and study

• Conduct market research including fashion trends, material, trim, colors, theme boards, etc

• presenting collection designs to customers (both Oversea and Mainland China) including fashion trends, material, trim, colors, theme boards, etc.

• For OEM and ODM,  communicate with sample room for developing photo samples ; For OBM, Communicate with sample room for developing from concept garments to bulk production

• Independent handling customers meeting (both Oversea and China) 

• Assist Sales Team for any sourcing matters on materials/stylings

• Prepare all materials for proto samples

• Issue sample order sheets/SYR/PO for sample making     

• Draw design sketches into CAD (By AI and PS) 

• Attend supplier meetings (both Oversea and China) to update information

• Assist in communicating with Sales Team for customer meeting follow up

• Assist Head of Design and PD for daily operations

• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

 
Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 5-10 years’ relevant experience

• Responsible, hardworking, working under pressure and willing to learn

• Strong fashion sense, creative, energetic and passionate

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Able to work independently and good team player

• Good computer skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office applications.

• Excellent command of English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Immediately availability is highly preferred
