Head of Quality Assurance (QA)



Position Overview:

My client is a leading global quality management company. We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Head of Quality Assurance to lead a well-established team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a well-established team of professionals, cultivating a culture of high performance and innovation.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and address evolving business needs.
* Manage the P&L for the division, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Collaborate with global and regional teams to drive business initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders in Hong Kong, China, and the broader region.
* Provide insights and recommendations to top management based on market trends and performance metrics.



Qualifications:

* Proven experience in a senior management role within the quality assurance function.
* Strong commercial and business acumen, with a successful track record of managing P&L effectively.
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team for business growth
* Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
* Ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships in a global environment.
