Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets

• Manage a team of branch managers and ensure efficient operations across multiple locations

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and overseas agents

• Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive operational excellence

• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize costs and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 5 years experience in supply chain/ freight forwarding/carriers/logistics industry

• Good communication skill and presentation skills

• Aggressive, self-driven & result-oriented with good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure

• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
