Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers to coordinate project matters, schedule and report problems.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for the project, from candidate searching, job ads posting, CV screening and shortlisting, interview arrangement and holding, offer making to on-boarding arrangement
• Identify recruitment need and develop recruitment plan for project
• Coordinate with clients, consultants / subcontractors, suppliers for the project
• Monitor material ordering and logistics to meet project progress
• Provide on-site support as requested
• Support other ad hoc tasks/services when required

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent
• Related experience is preferable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive and good team player, with attention to detail
• Self motivated, creative, energetic and aggressive
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Good Knowledge of MS Offic
