Duties:
Provide technical advise on safety, reliability, and functionality to related parties
Prepare QA specification and review packaging artwork
Coordinate product testing with vendors.
Conduct risk assessments, oversee manufacturing processes, and review defects.
Coordinate 3rd-party testing and ensure timely test report before shipment.
Analyze daily inspections, collaborate with the factory for solutions.
Investigate consumer returns, address issues, and take corrective actions.
Oversee social compliance and customer audits.
Address customer inquiries on product compliance and quality.
Keep internal teams informed with compliance updates.
Requirements:
Qualification in Engineering, Quality Management or related discipline.
At least 3 years of working experience in toys manufacturing industry,
Knowledge of US & European toy regulations/standards, and ESG would be beneficial
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior position
