Responsibilities
Provide full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition and development, tax declaration and payroll administration, compensation and benefits, staff activities, performance management, and staff relations.
Assist in developing, updating, and implementing policies and guidelines for daily operation and communicates these policy changes to internal stakeholders.
Assist in general office administration duties including maintenance of office equipment and supplies, ordering of stationery, and other miscellaneous supplies.
Assist in organizing company events and staff social activities.
Handle business travel arrangements, including air tickets, visa applications, and accommodation booking.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
3 years or above experience in HR & administration is a must.
Able to drive and lead change within the organization and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiar with local HR-related ordinances and practices
Excellent multi-tasking skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
