About the Role:

As a vital team member, you will be involved in key digitalization and automation projects within the Policy Administration team. This company places a strong emphasis on employee well-being and offers excellent opportunities for career development



Your Roles:

* Actively participate in process streamline and service enhancement on policy administration
* Obtain user requirements and report potential risk and delay with suggestions
* Meet milestone and deliver desired outcomes based on project schedule
* Take possible action, update on the project status and escalate the issue where necessary
* Prepare documentation and arrange training on new services and process flow to related stakeholders
* Increase operational efficiency and effectiveness of the team's productivity
* Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned from supervisor from time to time

Your requirements:

* University graduate with at least 4-5 years of working experience in life policy administration, with solid experience in system enhancement
* Good understanding in product and operation process
* Good analytical and excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken languages, Mandarin is a MUST
