Responsibilities

Handle full set of I/E shipping documents
Manage all around logistics planning and scheduling
Responsible for shipment arrangement
Handle other logistics and production related functions
Oversee all shipping activities, keep updating shipment records and forwarding relevant information to other parties
Support and review all-around transport services
Handle all-around analysis on usage, volume and trend
Resolve damages and discrepancies with shippers, vendors and other relevant parties
Manage data entry, updates and filing regularly

Experiences

With at least 5 years experiences in Forwarding/ Logistics/ Trading company
Work experiences in trading, shipping or forwarding industry is an advantage
Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines, higher education is an advantage
Good written and spoken in English and Chinese
