My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Retail Sales & Operation Manager.

Responsibilities:

Report to Group Director and manage the daily sales and operations of 6 outlets.
Sales management of outlets, including setting sales target, monitor the Sales achievement rate, develop plans to boost the sales of outlets and staff.
Review of SOP regularly, implement modification to increase the working efficiency & sales performance of staff and higher customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing team on promotion campaigns.
Liaise with other departments to facilitate the operations.
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor or above in any disciplines.
8 years retail sales experience (furniture industry is an advantage), including 5 years in supervisory or management level.
Strong at team leading and management skills.
Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess business acumen.
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
