Perform security daily duties including access control, patrol and incident handling

Implement general, VIP and emergency security protocols as well as contingency plans

Maintain, source and provide advice on security equipment

Report any abnormal activities in Estate

Resolve/record all security issues and advise appropriate management

Ensure safety of residents and colleagues and preservation of assets

Provide excellent services to residents, colleagues and visitors
