Provide 1st tier technical support to internal customers (either onsite or remotely).
Provide 1st tier support on MS Windows and MS Office.
Provide 1st tier support on all corporate communication systems including email (e.g. Outlook, Web and Mobile devices), instant messaging, video conference equipment setup and etc.
Perform hardware and software installations such as Workstations, Laptop PCs and Printers.
Provide onsite support to internal customers on PC/Printer/Network and peripheral related issues.
F.5 or above
At least 2-3 years' experience in IT system and end-user support (Less experience will be also considered)
Good knowledge on computer hardware, system and software development
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is required. Mandarin is an advantage
