- 44 hours gross per week from 9:00a.m to 5:48p.m.
Job Duties
(a) To facilitate and oversee the implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement of the Case and Knowledge Management Tool (CKMT);
(b) To ensure smooth daily operations and upkeep of the CKMT, including resolving technical issues, conducting database analyses, and generating comprehensive database reports.
(c) To develop and compile statistical data and analysis reports from the CKMT.;
(d) To enhance, maintain and update the dedicated webpage of the Countryside Conservation Office.
(e) To assist in procuring IT services and equipment, and provide daily technical support to the office.
(f) To provide support and training service for staff on using the CKMT effectively, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CKMT enhancements into broader organizational processes; and
(g) Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
(a) Hold a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent;
(b)Have knowledge and experience in (i) systems programming, system implementation, database administration and database analysis and reporting. and/or ii) web design, development and maintenance, with knowledge in graphics and multimedia assets creation;
(c)Possess not less than ten (10) years' post-qualification information technology experience, with at least three (3) years' experience at the position of System Analyst; and
(d) Have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent.
