Major Responsibilities:
Providing efficient and quality customer services, including handling enquiries and complaints, via counter services, phone calls, emails, correspondences etc.
Assisting in development, implementation and promotion of the facilities and services of the Board.
Providing supports to clients and members of the public on the usage of the Board’s computer systems and applications.
Assisting in review and enhancement of facilities and services of the Board.
Providing administrative and operational support as assigned.
Taking up ad-hoc assignments.
Required to wear uniforms.
Working hours will be from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; 3 rest days in 2 weeks (on shift).
Requirements:
University graduate.
Non-university graduate with at least 3 years’ working experience will also be considered.
Working experience in property/estate management, customer services or venue operations preferable.
Strong team player with good interpersonal skills, self-motivation and proactivity.
Good project management skills, able to work independently and under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel & Powerpoint) & word processing (English & Chinese).
Candidates with other qualification or less working experience will also be considered for appropriate post.
Benefits:
Monthly Salary up to 35,080 (subject to work experience and qualifications); Contract-end gratuity; 14-18 days of annual leave; medical insurance for staff and dependents; and training subsidy etc.
