Responsibilities
Liaise with overseas customers in order confirmation and handle their daily enquiries
Ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule, etc
Handle samples development and send out sample shipment on time
Follow up the whole merchandising process from product development until production
Prepare product related documents and reports
Communicate with or travel to China factories if required
Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
1-2 years merchandising or trading working experience
Experience in handling USA and Europe markets is an advantage
Knowledge in home decoration items, silk floral or seasonal products is an advantage
Good communciation skills, well-organized, self-motivated, flexible and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office (especially in Excel & PPT) and Outlook
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Fresh graduates are welcome, less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser
