Responsibilities
Follow up day-to-day orders with customers, suppliers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, compliance, logistics and operations to ensure alignment and timely execution of orders
Ensure accurate and on-time production orders, order status reports and delivery time schedule etc.
Prepare sales confirmation and scheduling to customers
Handle merchandising related documents
Handle ad hoc assignments as required
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
At least 6 years solid experience of product development, sourcing and merchandising, experience in lighting will be an advantage
Good negotiation, communications, and interpersonal skill to liaise between buyer and suppliers
Source and review new suppliers' capabilities to establish long term strategic vendor management program
Work with QA team to ensure product comply with Europe and other countries regulations
Familiar with European market, standard requirements
Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other computer skills
Self-motivated, proactive, detail minded and well organized
Hard working and able to work independently
Able to work under pressure with strong problem solving skills
