About Your Role:

• Provide 1st & 2nd level technical Support Service and escalate complex issues to supplier within the agreed service levels
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting on network, server, desktop, hardware, software and application systems
• Assist users with applications and systems, ensuring optimal performance
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Keep track of status and frequently communicate with stakeholders of Service Requests and Incidents from case start-to-end 

Does it sound like you?

• - Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or other related discipline
• - Knowledge in Microsoft desktop / Office 365 / Azure platforms
• - Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, firewalls)
• - Holder of MCSA / Azure Administrator Associate certificates would be an advantage
• - 1-2 years field service relevant working experience
• - Good personal communication skills and positive mindset
