To assist the budget preparation for the team

To handle customer complaints

To manage the IT Service Level for internal users 

To manage the process of IT Operations

To manage the process of Production Control

To manage the process of Cloud Operations

To manage Incident Management

To manage physical security control of the data centres

To maintain the Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan and conduct the DR drill

To ensure the subordinates to comply with the rules & regulated requirements of governing authorities

To monitor the service quality of IT Operations & Production Control & ensure they have strictly followed the standard operating procedures

To initiate training programs to develop & improve the skills of staff 

To perform any other duties as directed by supervisor 

Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity; and

Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work 




Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; OR

Preferably over 10 years’ of related IT experience covering the following: 

At least 3 years in managerial position

Solid knowledge and experience in maintaining scalable and mission critical IT infrastructure with network, storage, high availability and resilience

Experience of IT best practices implementation

Solid experience in managing a 7x24 support team

Holder of PMP or ITIL Manager certification is an advantage

Proficient in spoken & written English

Good command in Cantonese, Putonghua is an advantage
