Finance Manager

Our client is a state-owned company seeking a hands-on individual to proactively manage group consolidation and state-owned reporting.

* Candidates with experience in both Big Four firms and in-house roles
* Expertise in consolidation and financial reporting
* Experience in state-owned reporting



Responsibilities:

* Prepare interim and year-end consolidated financial statements of the group in accordance with HKFRS and HK Listing Rules
* Maintain and continuously streamline the accounting work processes, policies and guidelines
* Assist in preparing the monthly report for the group/board.
* Assist with the annual budget and forecast
* Liaise with the external auditor for interim review and annual audit
* Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline, with CPA qualifications
* Minimum 7 years of work experience in the accounting field, including work experience in Big Four audit firms
* Experience in financial consolidation, with a solid understanding of Stated-Owned Reporting
* Mature, self-motivated, deadline-driven, can work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with colleagues, business units, and senior management
* Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and SAP
* Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
