Assist project managers to coordinate project matters, schedule and report problems.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for the project, from candidate searching, job ads posting, CV screening and shortlisting, interview arrangement and holding, offer making to on-boarding arrangement
Identify recruitment need and develop recruitment plan for project
Coordinate with clients, consultants / subcontractors, suppliers for the project
Monitor material ordering and logistics to meet project progress
Provide on-site support as requested
Support other ad hoc tasks/services when required
Requirements:
Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent
Related experience is preferable
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and good team player, with attention to detail
Self motivated, creative, energetic and aggressive
Fluent in English, Mandarin is an advantage
Good Knowledge of MS Office
